About Mùpǔ Living – Flat-Pack Home and Office Furniture

Mùpǔ Living is a Cape Town-based furniture brand offering a unique collection of minimalist flat-pack furniture designed to elevate the quality and beauty of home, office, and commercial spaces. Inspired by the tiny-house movement, sustainable living, and minimalism, our work reflects a deep belief that there is beauty in simplicity and luxury in sustainability.

The name Mùpǔ (木朴) comes from two Chinese characters:

• Mù (木) – meaning wood,
• Pǔ (朴) – meaning simple, solid, compact, and humble.
  Together, Mùpǔ signifies straightforward simplicity and honest design — the essence of everything we create.

Mùpǔ Living is proudly women-led and locally rooted. All our furniture is designed and made in Cape Town, South Africa, supporting local artisans and partnering with small businesses to strengthen our community and economy.

Our mission is to deliver exceptional engineering, sustainability, and style — one flat-pack piece at a time.
